We install, replace, repair, and tune up central air systems.
SEER2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio 2) measures how efficiently an air conditioner cools. The higher the number, the less electricity it uses. We install systems at several efficiency levels.
An oversized A/C cools the air fast but shuts off before it removes humidity, leaving your home cold and clammy. An undersized one runs constantly and still can't keep up. We size every system to your home's square footage, insulation, windows and sun exposure.
You can add a smart thermostat, zoning to cool upstairs and downstairs separately, or a whole-home air cleaner. No ductwork? Ask about ductless mini-splits.
| Comparison | Standard Efficiency | Mid Efficiency | High Efficiency |
|---|---|---|---|

| Upfront cost | Lowest | Moderate | Highest |
| Electric bills | Highest | Lower | Lowest |

If you see ice on your A/C, turn the system off and switch the fan to “On” to help it thaw. Running a frozen system can damage the compressor. Then give us a call.
