Hot water baseboard gives gentle, even warmth along the walls, with no blowing air and no noisy vents. Whether you are adding heat to a new addition, replacing rusted covers, or fixing a cold room, we can help. We install and service hot water baseboard and explain your options before any work begins.
Your boiler heats water, and a circulator pump sends it through copper pipes to baseboard units along your walls. Thin aluminum fins on the pipe transfer the heat to the air, which rises and warms the room naturally. The cooled water then returns to the boiler to be reheated.
| Comparison | Standard fin-tube baseboard | High-output baseboard | Panel radiators |
|---|---|---|---|
| Look | Low-profile metal enclosure along the wall | Similar look, slightly larger element | Flat, modern steel panel on the wall |
| Heat output | Standard | More heat per foot | High, with a compact footprint |
| Best for | Most rooms, additions and replacements | Rooms with limited wall space or lots of windows | Bathrooms, kitchens, modern spaces and low-temperature boilers |
| Upfront cost | Lowest | Moderate | Highest |
Heat rises naturally along exterior walls, where rooms lose the most heat.
No blowers or rushing air, just steady, silent heat.
No forced air means less dust and fewer allergens moving through your home.
Each zone can have its own thermostat for room-by-room control.
Baseboard elements can last for decades with basic care.
We install, extend, repair, and maintain hot water baseboard.
One room or zone stays cold while others heat
Baseboard is warm at one end and cold at the other
Gurgling, banging or ticking noises in the pipes
Leaks, stains, or puddles near the baseboard
Rust or corrosion on covers or pipes
Boiler pressure gauge reading too high or too low
Noticing any of these? Call (732) 557-9220, and we’ll get every room warm again.
If you smell gas, leave your home right away and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Every home with a gas boiler should have working carbon monoxide detectors. If your CO alarm sounds, get everyone outside and call 911.
